This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and the developer of Relief App (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. License Grant:
The App is licensed, not sold, to the User for personal, non-commercial use. The developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions:
The User shall not:

a) Modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's source code.
b) Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes.
c) Share, sell, distribute, or sublicense the App to any third party.
d) Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
e) Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App.

3. Intellectual Property:
The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the developer. The User acknowledges that the App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The User agrees not to use or display the developer's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without prior written consent.

4. Privacy and Data Collection:
The App may collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The User agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. The User may terminate this Agreement by cancelling their subscription and uninstalling the App. The developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. The User agrees to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the User's use of the App.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Jurisdiction].

9. Entire Agreement:

By downloading, installing, or using the App, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.
